Welcome to Cardio Exercises at Home!!!
How to Navigate Your Way around This Site

We all know how important exercise is, and yet most of us do not keep active enough. It takes a lot to get physically active, and to achieve the desired goals through regular exercise. This is why more than exercise to get fit is considered on this site. Exercise and good health are after all important at any age.
The next two pictures were created with reference to the text to make it easy for you to navigate around this site.
Click on the image to see it properly.
By scrolling down to the bottom of this page, you will see a highlighted section including Archives. It lists all the months where posts can be found either as videos or articles.
If you were to click on November, the latest post published in November would soon light up in front of your eyes. Many articles are divided into several parts. So if Part II opens up when you click on November, and you have not read Part I, it can be clicked to from the first paragraph. When you reach the last paragraph, it is possible to click from there to Part II, etc., or go directly back to the previous post should Part I have opened in a separate window.
The pages of this site are listed at the very top. A click will take you to them.
To get to a post dealing with a specific topic can easily be done by moving the mouse on the titles below the heading, Cardio Exercises at Home, on the same line where the RSS subscription button can be seen. By placing the mouse over the various phrases following Home, additional titels that appear can be clicked to.
At the end of each post you are able to save it to your Favourites, Like it, Bookmark it, etc.
Scroll even further down below the various buttons just mentioned and you will see “older entries”. Clicking on this will take you to the previous post of the month that you are currently browsing.
When a heading of an article is clicked the post may be seen against a lighter backgroud, thus making it easier to read.
Changes on this site take place at regular intervals. The aim is to improve the time spent on this site by making it as beneficial, as well as enjoyable as possible for you.
Feel free to comment on the posts and news.
